This role reports to the VP of Sales, NA.

Job Requirements

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Google Partnership Development — Own the partner relationship with Google Cloud, building trust and visibility across PDMs, industry verticals, and the PSO organization. Become the person Google thinks of first when they need a reliable partner in North America
  • Joint Business Planning — Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with Google Cloud's priorities and drive measurable Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced revenue growth
  • Co-Sell & Marketplace Execution — Lead the co-sell motion end-to-end, leveraging Google Cloud Marketplace, partner-dash, and internal Google tooling to accelerate pipeline and close
  • Internal Enablement & Advocacy — Educate Beyond's sales and delivery teams on service gaps and opportunities - ensuring we're ready to go and front of mind when relevant opportunities surface
  • Partner Programs & Certifications — Own Beyond's participation in Google's partner programs and incentive structures - including driving certification targets and ensuring we maximize the commercial and competitive benefits of our Global Strategic Partner status
  • Performance & Pipeline Management — Track and report on key KPIs, including pipeline, ACV, and co-sell activity, translating partnership activity into tangible business outcomes
  • Essential Experience
  • Google Cloud Partnership Expertise — Deep, working knowledge of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program, how Google's commercial organization operates, and how to navigate it effectively at a senior level.
  • Revenue Track Record — Demonstrable history of driving revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, ideally within a Google Cloud or broader hyperscaler ecosystem.
  • Relationship Depth — Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders inside Google — not just PDMs, but industry leads, PSO, and field sales.
  • Executive Communication — Comfortable presenting to C-suite internally and externally, and able to translate complex cloud capabilities — including AI, Agentic Commerce, security, and infrastructure — into clear GTM narratives.
  • Commercial Acumen — Understanding of how partnerships translate into pipeline, how incentive structures work, and how to use them strategically to Beyond's advantage
