Design for a Cross-Platform Future (Mobile + Web) - Lead design for the expansion of our web platform experience. - Translate mobile-first patterns into scalable, performant web frameworks. - Support partner integrations and cross-platform behaviors. - Ensure coherence across consumer, business, creator, and partner surfaces. Elevate Business & Creator Tools - Oversee UX for the Business Portal, Franki+ onboarding, analytics dashboards, and promotional tools. - Design intuitive tools for managing cashback, budgets, insights, and promotions. - Lead design for creator posting flows, templates, and content tools that increase quality and volume. - Simplify complex data into actionable, human-friendly interfaces. You’re a good fit if you have… - 7–12 years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading or managing design teams. - Proven experience designing and shipping consumer mobile apps at scale. - Mastery of mobile UX, IA, interaction design, and user research. - Experience building and maintaining design systems. - Excellence in visual design craft and prototyping. - Ability to drive 0→1 product work and iterate quickly. - Experience with social, content, marketplace, rewards, or fintech experiences (a plus). - Comfort working with engineering and data science partners. - A portfolio demonstrating deep craft, systems thinking, and shipped products. You’ll thrive here if you… - Love operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. - Can zoom between hands-on design and strategic direction. - Are energized by ambiguity and iterative problem solving. - Use data, research, and intuition together to make decisions. - Value collaboration, transparency, and team empowerment. - Bring positive energy, curiosity, and a user-first mindset to every challenge. Why Join Franki... - Own the design vision of a growing consumer brand. - Shape how millions of people discover and enjoy local restaurants. - Build a design culture from the ground up. - Collaborate with a high-trust, high-impact team. - Move fast, test ideas, and lead with creativity. - Competitive compensation and 100% covered healthcare, dental, and vision for employees.
