Contract IT Technician

Parachute Technology

• Travel to client sites throughout the LA area to deploy and configure our Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) agent/toolset • Validate successful installation and connectivity back to our management platform • Document the on-site environment, including hardware inventory, network topology basics, and any notable infrastructure observations • Communicate findings clearly via our provided documentation templates • Act as a professional representative of our company while on-site with clients

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support or field technician experience
  • Comfort working independently at client sites with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with RMM platforms (e.g., NinjaRMM, ConnectWise RMM, Datto RMM, Syncro, etc.) — training on our specific toolset will be provided
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls)
  • Strong attention to detail for documentation tasks
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
