Essential Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Procore implementations across modules including Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety. - Design and deliver client-specific solutions using deep technical expertise and standard applications. - Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Act as the primary Procore SME during sales pursuits and multi-app solutioning. - Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope changes with proactive communication. - Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development. - Participate in business development and identify cross-selling opportunities. - Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5+ years' experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services. - Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications. - Hands-on experience with Procore implementations. - Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations. - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting role.
