The Account Manager proactively drives revenue growth within assigned accounts by strengthening relationships, understanding evolving client needs, and introducing solutions that align with client goals. Work You’ll Do: Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, focusing on building trust with Manager-level decision-makers. - Develop strong, professional relationships with client managers to foster collaboration and continuity. - Partner with Client Relationship Executives (CREs) to support client introductions, onboarding, and account management. - Address client concerns quickly and thoroughly and connect them with the right internal resources. - Identify opportunities to extend or expand current engagements through upselling, cross-selling, or new solution offerings. - Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality. Operational Support - Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring alignment with Impact Advisors' standards. - Maintain project documentation, contracts, and client records in systems like NetSuite. - Support contract tracking, approvals, and timely documentation. - Ensure compliance with vendor management system requirements. - Assist in data collection and reporting to support milestone-based billing. Project and Process Improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-facing deliverables such as reports and proposals. - Contribute to internal process improvement efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency and client experience. - Provide general administrative support, including documentation and file management. Marketing and Business Development - Play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities through connections with client managers. - Support territory-specific marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Track RFPs, research potential projects, and partner with CREs on new business proposals. - Use social media responsibly to increase visibility for Impact Advisors while maintaining brand integrity. About You: Education - Bachelor’s degree. Experience - Experience in account management, client service, or a similar role. - Healthcare or healthcare IT experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and business conditions. Who You Are: The Field Execution Manager is responsible for driving sales by increasing in store execution and ensuring flawless execution in the field by distributors and supporting the San Francisco Bay Area.
