Founding Account Executive – North America (Remote) About Us: FLEET is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform transforming the passenger ground transport industry. FLEET goes beyond traditional dispatch, replacing fragmented tools with a single, integrated system that manages operations, billing, payments, and end-to-end financial visibility for taxi, black car/livery & NEMT providers. About the Role: We’re seeking a Founding Account Executive to build and own our North American territory. This role is fully remote, ideally based in Dallas/Fort Worth or Atlanta, but requires flexibility to travel extensively across North America with occasional trips to our Australian headquarters. You will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in defining and executing our North American sales strategy. This is a high-ownership, field-driven role suited to a seller who thrives on building a territory from the ground up, earning trust with operational decision-makers, and closing meaningful platform deployments in complex, real-world environments. This is a ground-floor role. Build the territory, prove the playbook, and share in the success of what you create. What You’ll Do: - Own and grow the North American territory through full-cycle B2B selling. - Prospect, qualify, run discovery, deliver live demos, negotiate, and close deals. - Conduct in-person discovery sessions, operational walkthroughs, and executive meetings. - Build and maintain a scalable, repeatable sales pipeline. - Secure platform agreements and committed deployments. - Define and document a repeatable North American sales motion. - Collaborate on GTM strategy, pricing, ideal customer profiles, and partnerships. About You: The ideal candidate is commercially disciplined and process-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity while rigorous in qualification, credible with operators and executives, resilient, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to balance consultative discovery with assertive closing. - Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in operations or transport. - Skilled at closing deals and creating repeatable sales processes. - Comfortable with remote work, heavy travel, and time zone flexibility. - Strong communicator and negotiator. - Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to own and scale a new market.
