Role Description The Senior Solutions Integrator, working with a Solution Architect, will help execute on the most critical component of our deployment process - data integration and validation. Our software depends on reliable, real-time, and historical data from our clients. They will work closely with the Solution Architect to build necessary interfaces on the Qventus side and validate proper receipt and ingestion of data feeds. Key Responsibilities - Ability to create and maintain integrations of the Qventus platform with client EHR systems - Combination of exposure to integration with an eagerness to learn new technical skills that extend beyond the traditional interface - Strong interpersonal skills, in particular, the ability to work collaboratively with client IT teams - EHR implementation focusing on clinical data and support experience - A passion for fixing our healthcare system Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience developing and supporting production integrations - Familiar with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python - Experience with Enterprise Data Integration Engines - Familiarity with SQL - the ability to read tables and reprocess SQL Bonus Points For - EHR implementation experience - Experience with Databricks - Unix/Linux server administration - Experience building integrations in Mirth or Rhapsody - Creating API integrations Compensation Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. • Integrate front-end portal components with IAM APIs for real-time identity creation and provisioning. • Deploy and configure APIs on gateways and developer portals. • Troubleshoot and resolve API issues using a variety of tools including simulators and log analysis. • Perform integration and data transformation between middleware layers, orchestration engines, and IAM platforms. • Work closely with IAM engineers, application teams, and other stakeholders across brands and regions. • Support phased global rollout activities across multiple time zones.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, brokers, and partners, leveraging your pharmacy expertise to deliver strategic guidance and actionable insights. • Collaborate across Business Development, Client Success, and Operations teams to drive new business initiatives, enhance client retention, and ensure clear, consistent communication of processes and procedures. • Build and maintain consultative relationships with clients, brokers, and prospects, serving as a subject matter expert on pharmacy trends, programs, and industry developments. • Deliver clinical guidance focused on growth, cost management, and trend mitigation. • Analyze claims data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and actionable insights. • Recommend clinical programs and strategies to help clients achieve measurable savings and improved outcomes. • Maintain awareness of market trends and deliver timely clinical intelligence to clients and internal teams. • Partner with Marketing to develop and update clinical marketing materials. • Support communication of formulary changes and program updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Advise Client Success on clinical aspects of key performance indicators, client spend, trends, and pharmacy benefit benchmarks.
