Overview NIWC Atlantic Software Services requires ISHPI to provide emerging Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) information technology, to design, develop, engineer, and maintain systems that will improve customer organizational efficiency. ISHPI provides support in the areas of Administrative Services, Applications Integration Management, Corporate Strategy Planning and Execution, Information Assurance (IA), Information Resource Management, and Information Technology (IT) Operations. Further task includes new standards engineering, prototype installation, application development, data interoperability, system design, system management and maintenance, data collection, analysis, and other management and implementation efforts in support of data translation, data mediation, and data mapping. Responsibilities Job performance includes creating new development solutions and/or the re-engineering of existing solutions to improve automated functionality throughout the command. Responsible for code implementation, and documentation to support all software development actions ensuring interoperability in Appian and ServiceNow low code platforms. Qualifications Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related discipline. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 12 years of related experience is necessary. Experience: Five (5) years of experience in required software development technologies. Translated application requirements to fully functional software solutions for the end-user. Participated in design discussions and code reviews. Developed and maintain unit-tests for all coded functionalities. Reviewed code and data for possible security vulnerabilities and maintain safety standards. Assisted in building the database, based on approved design, and industry best practices. Prior Navy related experience preferred. Appian certified desired, but not required. Additional necessary skills include, but are not limited to expertise in planning, requirements gathering, and design utilizing an Agile methodology for the software development life cycle (SDLC) with testing, code implementation, and documentation ensuring interoperability within low code platforms. The individuals shall be well educated with solution design, architecture and UX in low coding environments such as Appian or ServiceNow. Prefer for the individual to have experience creating process models based on complex workflows and debugging Appian objects. The individual shall have experience in using Appian End User Reporting or AppEzy to support command low code/no code efforts. The individual shall be educated in standard scripting languages as well as object-oriented programming languages, including but not limited to Java, SQL, and HTML. The individual needs to possess strong problem solving, design, communication and presentation skills. • Contribute directly to Inogen’s next-generation Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) ecosystem by building data-driven insights, prototype app features, and analytics tools that support Inogen’s respiratory products • Assist in creating low-fidelity wireframes for an RTM mobile app • Deliver a clickable prototype (Figma or similar) showing at least three user flows • Prototype simple rule-based digital nudges (e.g., reminders triggered when usage is low or symptoms worsen) • Map the end-to-end digital patient journey for RTM • Define the minimum set of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) for COPD and bronchiectasis RTM • Propose adherence and response KPIs for internal dashboards

• Support submission readiness of study data packages per CDISC standards and FDA guidance • Plan, execute, and ensure quality of statistical analyses and programming infrastructure • Report to Head of Statistical Programming and communicate with biostatisticians, clinical data managers, and team members • Develop specifications and execute programs for data reviews, publications, exploratory analyses, post-hoc analyses, and regulatory review • Manage on-time and quality delivery of CRO-generated analyses results • Create/review SDTM/ADaM mapping specifications, generate/validate SDTM domains, ADaM datasets, reviewer's guide, and define.xml files • Generate/validate TFLs for statistical analysis of clinical data, regulatory submissions, and publications

**What You'll Do Build Internal AI Agent Teams ** - Design and deploy AI agents that handle operational work across MacPractice, including customer support tiers 1 and 2, SDR and sales outreach, onboarding automation, content and marketing workflows, and engineering maintenance. - Measure impact in hours of labor replaced or team output increased. - Work directly with portfolio company operators to identify the highest value automation opportunities. **Build External AI Products ** - Develop new AI powered products such as vertical voice agents, AI copilots, workflow automation tools, and AI documentation systems tailored to the industries our portfolio companies serve. - Own the product from prototype through launch, including reaching first paying customers. - Use existing portfolio company distribution across more than 30 companies to validate and scale quickly. **Ship and Iterate ** - Move fast from idea to MVP to production - Run beta tests with real users, gather feedback, and improve continuously - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
