Executive-Level Outbound Prospecting - Target mid-market and enterprise technology leaders - Build outbound campaigns around modernization, AI governance, and structural risk - Personalize outreach using industry-relevant insight 2. Challenger-Led Messaging - Lead with perspective — not product - Reframe conversations around hidden engineering risk - Create tension through insight (velocity without structure creates risk) 3. Structured Qualification Using our commercial framework: - Insight → Gap → Impact → Qualification → Commitment - Identify executive-prioritized initiatives - Surface measurable modernization or scalability gaps - Validate economic buyer access - Disqualify misaligned opportunities early 4. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of SDR/BDR experience in: IT consulting, Enterprise SaaS, Digital transformation services, Cloud or AI platforms
  • Experience prospecting into CIO / CTO / VP Engineering personas
  • Comfort discussing: Technical debt, Cloud migration, DevOps maturity, AI integration, Enterprise architecture
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Executive presence in written and verbal communication
  • Structured thinker (comfortable with frameworks)
  • Curious about complex systems
  • Resilient in outbound environments
  • Strong discovery instincts
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
