Job Description

Product Manager

Eleos Technologies

• Engage with customers, integrators and end users to understand their challenges and needs • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions • Participate in the development and maintenance of user and buyer personas • Define business cases and product requirements • Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations, when applicable • Participate in the creation and management of product roadmaps and release plans • Partner closely with UX/UI, your fellow Product Managers, Engineering, QA and Support to successfully execute the roadmap • Define launch plans and release milestones • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote and position the platform • Evangelize the platform with resellers and market partners • Define and analyze product metrics • Become a subject-matter expert on the product, underlying technology, market and competitive landscape

Job Requirements

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in SaaS or mobile product management
  • You have a proven track record of bringing successful products to market
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate with team members to build trust, confidence and influence
  • You feel genuine empathy for the customer and a commitment to understanding their evolving challenges
  • You have a curious mind and love to learn
  • You’re able to make tough calls and trade-offs, balancing strategic and tactical considerations
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re organized and thorough in your attention to detail
  • You’re able to travel up to 10% within the United States
  • Bonus points if you have experience in trucking or freight brokerage
