Role Description Instructional Support personnel function as a pool of teacher aides, substitute teachers, and other educational and instructional support as needed to accomplish educational goals. - Working with identified students in the grade(s) needed - Executing lessons already planned by the classroom teacher - Reporting to the classroom teacher any concerns that may arise (academic or behavioral) that are noticed - Preparing for the day in case of absence (sub plans) - Provide grading and planning support - Provide engagement support, including but not limited to: calls home, texts, emails to students/families, in-person event attendance - Provide supplemental activities to use with groups as time permits - Provide Live Lesson support and moderation - Being a role model for the students and teaching leadership attributes - Attend and administer state assessments in-person as needed - Support virtual benchmark assessment administration and reporting - Supervise students in live classes, small groups, 1:1 sessions, and meetings, including social sessions and clubs - Enforce administration policies and rules governing students - Proctor and support state assessment administration - Proctor and support benchmark testing cycles throughout the school-year - Have a valid substitute permit and be willing to substitute in classrooms when needed - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Associate degree and/or the required credentials under Every Student Succeeds Act - Experience working in an education setting and/or with children Requirements - Behavior Management - Growth Mindset - Google Suite tools (sheets, hangouts, slides, etc.) - Process Improvement - Analysis of information - Strong verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Thoroughness - Ability to multi-task - Punctual - Reliability - Willingness to communicate via phone with families - Strong teamwork skills and interest Work Environment This job operates in a virtual home office environment. This is a remote position, but the hours are not flexible. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Strategy & Planning · Develop and execute a comprehensive, role-based training strategy aligned to system design, deployment waves, and divisional approval hierarchies. · Conduct training needs assessments for all traveler types, including frequent travelers, infrequent travelers, travel arrangers, approvers, finance personnel, and auditors. · Establish a training governance structure and delivery schedule to support phased rollout across 14 divisions. Curriculum Development · Design and develop training materials tailored to travel processes, including: o Travel Authorization (TA) creation and approval routing o Online travel booking through the GDS-connected platform o Automated reimbursement claim submission o Compliance checkpoints and audit documentation · Create instructor-led training materials, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, job aids, FAQs, and recorded tutorials. · Ensure training content reflects client-specific workflows, funding structures, and integration touchpoints.
