Role Description This is a full-time remote position as an English-Karen Interpreter in a blended (OPI & VRI) environment. The interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Karen in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings. The role involves facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care. Qualifications - Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills - Knowledge of medical terminology - Fluency in English and Karen - Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory - Excellent communication and listening skills - Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field - HIPAA compliance Requirements - Ethernet connection (must be connected directly to the router via cable); Wi-Fi is not allowed - Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset. • Provide risk management and technical review for construction projects • Audit existing projects and designs during the preconstruction phase • Track and create KPIs for 300+ projects • Lead project teams and manage project scope • Conduct market positioning and materials development

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing • Identify, document, and track defects • Conduct backend/database testing using SQL queries • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements • Support automation testing initiatives where applicable

• Collaborating with product and engineering during project scoping and refinement to identify risk and establish test plans. • Manual exploratory testing and validation of new projects within your pod. • Testing Android-based software running on custom hardware and firmware. • Working with engineers and QA to define, design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts across and between our tech stacks (mobile, android, web, backend). • Participating in bug triage and incident response to reproduce and advocate for timely resolution of important software defects. • Collaborating with QA team members across pods to improve testing efficiency and foster a sustainable workload amongst the team.
