DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Litigation Case Management Maintain and update litigation files in Filevine and Everlaw, ensuring all case documents are properly categorized and easily accessible. Track and manage all litigation deadlines, including discovery, depositions, expert disclosures, pre-trial filings, and trial dates, ensuring timely compliance. Organize, index, and manage discovery responses and production files in Everlaw for efficient retrieval.
