Onboarding Manager
Agilent Technologies
• Configure, train, and deploy products within the Agilent Software portfolio • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct meetings with customers that are adopting Agilent Software • Communicate timelines to customers and identify any challenges that may interrupt adoption and deployment • Post go-live support • Communicate cross functionally to ensure a smooth deployment • Submit any bugs or feature enhancements • Host user webinars to increase adoption and usage • Document the status of the customer using the Customer Success platform • Participate in regular team meetings • Ability to think outside the box and propose creative solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or comparable experience
- 2+ years previous experience working with software, or ability to demonstrate ability to train required

Role Description We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Pursuit customers, and to serve on the front line of our customer support motion.
