Role Description Under the general direction of a Senior Therapist or Supervisor, the Staff Therapist is responsible for providing standardized individual, relationship, and group psychotherapy to clients in order to promote optimum mental health. The Staff Therapist will work to address a variety of emotional and social needs of clients.
