Role Description The START Center for Cancer Research is seeking a Clinical Trainer, Integrations to join the Integration team and lead the rollout of new START locations in the US and internationally. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end integration process for new clinical sites, with a particular emphasis on onboarding and training all new clinical team members—including nursing, research coordinators, and scheduling teams. - Lead the planning, coordination and execution of clinical training for each new early-phase clinical oncology research location - Collaborate closely with Training and Quality departments to build comprehensive onboarding and training programs for all new clinical team members, including nursing, research coordinators and scheduling staff - Oversee and facilitate onboarding and training programs for clinical team members for new sites - Develop and document new clinical workflows as needed and incorporate into training - Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all integration milestones are met - Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders - Monitor and report on integration progress, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful site launches - Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with organizational goals - Travel to new and existing START locations to oversee onboarding, training, and process implementation Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, science, business, or related field. Role Description As a Clinical Claims Review RN, you will conduct hospital bill audits by reviewing the medical record against the itemized bill to verify services were provided and documented. A hospital bill audit identifies overcharges, undercharges, unbundled items and applies client specific policies to their reviews. There will be a responsibility for scheduling on-site and off-site audits with flexibility to travel to a provider’s location when needed. Role Description The Primary Therapist is a minimum of a Master’s Level Clinician responsible for the individual and family therapy of specific clients, and group therapy for a group of clients. The therapist specializes in working with clients with eating disorders, is mature, flexible, and innovative, and brings a loving, positive attitude to our expert Clinical Team. The Primary Therapist works well with other departments to create a treatment plan for clients. - Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients. - Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. - Create and update individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. - Meet with patients regularly to provide services and treatment, and to adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Coordinate and arrange for services needed for each individual client. - Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress. - Conduct group therapy sessions according to program schedule. - Involve and advise family members when appropriate. - Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. - Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress. - Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality. - Communicate regularly with outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care. - Attend weekly staff meetings to consult on individual cases. - Attend weekly treatment team meetings to consult with clients about individual progress. - Create weekly individualized therapeutic and experiential opportunities for clients and communicate them to patients. - Conduct concurrent insurance reviews for individual clients. - Engage in ongoing advocacy work for mental health parity. - Engage in community based speaking opportunities to increase eating disorder awareness. - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications - Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. - Must be fully licensed in CA, NY, and/or MA and can work without supervision. - Able to get licensure in other states when asked. - Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. - Experience treating clients with Eating Disorders. - Ability to demonstrate understanding of a variety of models and theories of eating disorders, trauma, mental illness, and related issues. - Knowledge of philosophies, practices, policies and outcomes of models of treatment, recovery, relapse prevention, and continuing care for dually diagnosed populations. - Understanding of diagnostic criteria for co-occurring conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care. - Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into practice settings. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to prioritize workload and work independently. • Own the Manual Therapy market end-to-end — set annual goals around key market metrics, obsessively track performance, and adjust strategy and tactics as needed to drive outcomes. • Build deep market and customer understanding — develop and maintain a nuanced, research-backed view of manual therapy practitioner needs, workflows, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities that goes beyond what any single department can see. • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy — partner with Marketing to define how Jane shows up in the manual therapy market, and work with the Customer team to translate strategy into on-the-ground execution. • Be the voice of the market internally — represent manual therapy practitioners across Product, Marketing, and Customer teams. Bring a clear, evidence-based point of view on product-market fit and advocate for the roadmap priorities that will move the needle. • Balance strategy across three time horizons — align with the Customer team on immediate needs, inform Marketing programs on a now/3/6-month horizon, and help shape longer-term Product priorities. • Surface emerging opportunities and hypotheses — identify partnership ideas, unmet needs, and new growth vectors in the manual therapy space and help chase them down. • Represent Jane in the market — attend key industry events, conferences, and community touchpoints in the manual therapy space to build trust, deepen relationships, and strengthen Jane's position.
