Role Description cFocus Software seeks a Data Analyst to join our program supporting the Executive Office of the President (EOP). This position is remote and requires a TS/SCI clearance. - Provide detailed reports showing similarities in data points (e.g., high rate of failure for emails sent from given address; inability to perform comparisons on specific file types; etc.) - Identification of source of error (e.g., issue related to defects in verification code; issues related to deficiencies in OBS ingestion code; etc.) - Interprets data sets to provide insights that influence strategic decisions. - Collect and process data, perform statistical analyses, and report findings in clear, comprehensible formats. - Tasks include defining data requirements, data cleansing, creating data models, and using data visualization tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience performing data analysis in a regulated or enterprise IT environment. - Experience analyzing structured and semi-structured datasets. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Experience producing written analytical reports for technical and executive audiences. - Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance concepts. - Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.

Job Requirements

Role Description The Contract Revenue Analyst reports to the Director of Contract Revenue and the home office is in Sunrise, Florida. The Senior Contract Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing new and revised hospital contracts to determine the rates, terms, invoice type, documentation requirements, and billing schedule of the stipends. In addition, this position will ensure timely, accurate data entry of fixed and variable rate subsidies by reviewing executed contracts. - Effectively prepare for, attend, and represent the Contract Revenue Department in meetings with Pediatrix and facility management. - Assist in initiating opportunities around process improvements and departmental process manual. - Train and mentor staff. - Analyze new and revised hospital contracts, determine actions necessary, document the requirements, and establish customer accounts. - Maintain existing contracts to ensure they remain accurate. - Effectively communicate with external and internal customers through the contract process to ensure timely information exchange. - Clearly document meeting minutes and emails for appropriate ongoing follow-up by the department. - Utilize tools such as reports, calendars, and project plans to follow up on deliverables, plan meeting attendance, track progress, and meet deadlines. - Provide support for internal and external audits. - Identify opportunities and initiate process improvements, including written documentation in the process manual. - Assist with creating the department manual. - Work collaboratively with a variety of individuals within the department, company, and customers. - Assist with all other duties and special projects as needed and exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
