Virtual Assistant – General Pool

• Manage emails, messages, and client or internal communications following documented guidelines • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate calendars • Perform data entry, record updates, and documentation in spreadsheets, CRMs, or client systems • Provide customer or client support using approved scripts and escalation paths • Support operational, sales, recruitment, scheduling, or intake workflows as assigned • Prepare basic reports, summaries, or trackers as instructed • Assist with light social media, content, or administrative tasks when clearly defined • Maintain organized records and follow documentation and reporting standards • Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with clients and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year course or a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management
- Ability to work independently while following structured processes and SOPs
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar tools
- Willing to work an 8-hour graveyard shift - PH Time, aligned with U.S. business hours
- Stable internet connection (Minimum of 10MBPS for Download Speed; Minimum of 50MBPS for Upload speed) and reliable computer equipment (Minimum of Intel Core i5 or equivalent with minimum 8GBs of RAM) - With backup device.
- Professional, coachable, and open to feedback and role reassignment as needed
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients (Preferred but not required)
- Experience in healthcare support, home care, recruitment, sales, scheduling, or operations (Preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling platforms, EMRs/EHRs, or productivity tools (Preferred but not required)
- Ability to adapt across different support functions based on training and performance (Preferred but not required)
