Reporting to the Senior Manager, Configuration & QA, this individual will be responsible for business system configuration, maintenance and QA, client reporting and issue troubleshooting and resolution. As an Analyst, Configuration & QA at Maven, you will: - Complete standard configuration tasks in accordance with established procedures and client plan design. - Adhere to established configuration QA processes, ensuring zero defect client launches and maintaining high-quality standards. - Demonstrate proficient knowledge of core business systems supported by the Configuration & QA team. - Research, troubleshoot, and resolve minimally complex system issues; escalate more complex problems with clear documentation and context. - Execute on pre-defined focused audits to ensure that transactions are processed in alignment with anticipated system behavior. - Generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders in alignment with established specifications and processes. - Participates in team meetings and support tasks assigned by cross-functional leads. - Identify personal workflow inefficiencies and share ideas for enhancements. - Contribute to onboarding of new hires. - Learn tools like Jira, Looker, and BigQuery; apply them to day-to-day tasks with support. We’re looking for you to bring: - 3+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role; healthcare payer, insurance, or fin tech experience strongly preferred. - Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities. - Experience working with data and analytics tools, reporting specifications and generating reports. - Experience collaborating with product, engineering and business intelligence teams. - Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization. - Experience collaborating with and supporting client success teams and clients. - Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL) and Microsoft (or Google) suite experience preferred. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
