Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role supporting commercial or healthcare teams
- Proven experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Server/Online)
- Experience with external market data (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, DocNexus)
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex analyses to non‑technical audiences
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and competing priorities
- Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist) (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analytics experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure) (preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques (preferred)
- Experience with BI governance and dashboard lifecycle management (preferred)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $94,000 - $ 151,800.00. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
