The Role The Pricing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Lumens’ North Star pricing architecture. This position focuses on gathering and coordinating IT requirements, ensuring that quoting systems fully support our monetization ambitions. The analyst will collaborate across pricing, product, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and AI-enhanced solutions The Main Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Coordination: - Collect and document IT requirements for pricing architecture initiatives. - Serve as a liaison between pricing, product, marketing, and IT teams. Quoting System Enablement: - Ensure quoting systems are designed to support monetization goals. - Drive improvements in speed, precision, and user experience through AI-driven enhancements. Workflow Integration: - Assist in integrating pricing and quoting workflows into Salesforce.com for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements across quoting tools. - Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Pricing Workflow Governance - Ensures all approval processes and governance processes are designed in an automated fashion What We Look For in a Candidate Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, product or technical analyst role. - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and enterprise workflow integration. - Experience with AI tools or data-driven process improvements is a plus. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Project coordination experience in pricing or IT environments. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
