Regional Operations Manager

• Serve as the direct supervisor to On-Site Managers (OSMs) of Relogistics locations within an assigned region • Oversee multiple company locations and manage ultimate P&L responsibility for those sites within the region • Analyze performance and efficiencies of the operation of sites within region, create and implement action plans, and partner with Managers to drive improvement of site, as needed • Give guidance and direction to Managers within assigned region and act as their mentor
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a Management role of multiple locations required in the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries
- P&L responsibility experience required
- Demonstrated experience to build reports using Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Spanish fluency desired, but not required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow travel to various company locations
- Requires willingness and ability to travel up to 100%
