Position Overview: In this role, you’ll own the user facing layer, turning complex and new paradigms into beautiful and fun user experiences. You will function as both designer and developer, ensuring our unique storytelling platform has an interface that enables users to truly love what they are watching and creators to bring their stories to life. We want you to sweat the details and flex your creativity beyond traditional design paradigms. You’ll work closely with a small, multidisciplinary team of engineers and storytellers who are committed to building something genuinely new. We’re looking for a Front End Engineer who can function as both designer and implementer, with a strong mobile-first mindset.

• Develop and develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Conduct user research, useability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. • Implement and maintain UI components using modern frontend technologies and framework. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

• Development of the Order Management System - Allvue, Black Mountain, Everest , BMS • Implement interfaces to third party systems using XSLT, XML, and SQL technologies • Create rules and data transfer mappings using XPath and XSLT • Work with Business users on defining spec QA and Testing

• Architect the Frontend Platform: You own the "how" of our frontend. • Design System Governance: Lead the evolution of our component library via Storybook. • Engineer the "Painless Editor": Lead the development of our content creation suite. • Uphold UX Fidelity & Performance: You are the guardian of the "feel" of the product. • Lead Through Curiosity: You act as a strategic partner to Design and Product, translating high-level vision into concrete component architectures. • AI-Native Engineering Leadership: Set the bar for how we use Claude and Cursor.
