If you’re excited by the opportunity to define how data fuels strategy, innovation, and growth — and you thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment — we invite you to join our team. How you’ll make an impact: Data Capabilities Strategy & Vision - Define and drive the roadmap for data solutions that enable business stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes. - Translate organizational goals into data-driven initiatives, use cases, and value delivery frameworks. - Anticipate opportunities for external data products and help evaluate market fit. Execution & Delivery - Oversee design, program development, and rollout of data and analytic capabilities in collaboration with engineering, analytics, and vendor teams. - Coordinate delivery across cross-functional contributors, ensuring timely, high-quality releases. - Implement incremental delivery models, measuring and communicating value created at each stage. Continuous Improvement & Value Realization - Analyze adoption and outcomes of released solutions. - Collect user feedback, track usage, and refine features for continuous improvement. - Establish frameworks for measuring business impact. Data Governance & Compliance - Support adherence to data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance standards. - Partner with technology, legal, and business teams to ensure responsible data use. What you're great at: - Strong understanding of data management, reporting, analytics, and product design principles. - Project management skills, including structuring initiatives, managing timelines and resources, and clearly communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages. What we’re looking for: - A minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership, with at least 3 successful end-to-end data product or system deliveries. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes. - Background in publishing, media, or event-driven businesses preferred. - Experience with customer data platforms or similar enterprise-scale data systems preferred. - Exposure to data governance, regulatory, or compliance frameworks preferred. Our excellent total rewards package includes: - A remote workforce with staff based in NY, NJ, CT, MD, VA, PA, MA, RI, or Washington, DC, who meet in person for collaboration, training, strategic planning — and fun! - Generous paid time off and paid sick and safe leave - Flexible Work Schedule - Competitive medical, dental and vision benefits - Exceptional retirement benefits - Monthly remote stipend - Training and Tuition assistance - Employee Assistance Program Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 At AIPP, we offer competitive compensation based on the role, experience, and other relevant factors. Why Socure? Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day. We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager in the Fraud team, you will own the foundational platform and core services that power Socure’s fraud products. You will play a key role in advancing our ability to scale by deepening how our products leverage machine learning scores, actionable insights, and native integration to identify and mitigate risk. This role is focused on the "industrialization" of fraud detection, building the highly scalable, technical connective tissue between our raw data/models and the final risk score delivered to customers. You’ll translate business and customer needs into well-defined requirements, ensuring actionable insights deliver measurable value across Socure’s products. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives on turning complex technical concepts into practical, scalable features — driving outcomes through consistent prioritization, tight execution, and collaboration with engineering and data science partners. Key Responsibilities: Product Delivery & Execution: - Lead the technical enablement for Score addons such as Graph Intelligence and Signals, ensuring these core components are architected for maximum reuse across the Socure ecosystem. - Manage the model lifecycle as a product, ensuring operational excellence and building the systems that allow customers to seamlessly adopt our latest fraud intelligence. - Manage and scale cross fraud services such as name matching and address validation—to ensure global consistency, high availability, and low-latency performance. - Use structured product frameworks (e.g., RICE, Kano, JTBD, or Opportunity Solution Tree) to make data-driven prioritization and tradeoff decisions. - Develop detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics that enable precise engineering execution. - Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes of graph and signal-based features. Integration & Value Realization: - Identify and execute opportunities for native integration of graph insights into existing fraud and risk products, enhancing detection efficacy and reducing false positives. - Collaborate with dependent teams to ensure smooth data flows, operational performance, and measurable customer value from graph-based systems. - Define and track KPIs that quantify signal precision, latency, and contribution to model accuracy. Customer-Centric Problem Solving - Conduct customer discovery and feedback loops to validate hypotheses and refine product decisions.
 - Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to understand customer workflows and optimize product usability.
 - Translate technical insights into clear product value propositions that resonate with both internal stakeholders and clients. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and other product areas to ensure consistent integration of graph and signal intelligence across the platform.
 - Work with Product Marketing, Product Operations and Account teams to prepare product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials that highlight graph-related value.
 - Contribute to quarterly planning and prioritization through transparent communication of tradeoffs, outcomes, and progress metrics. Qualifications: Required: - Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically working on platform systems, infrastructure, or core services in a high-scale B2B API or ML/AI environment. - Execution Focus: Proven success delivering technical products end-to-end, with a strong record of shipping on time and iterating based on impact. - Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of predictive analytics, with experience in data-driven product development. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute product line roadmaps, ensuring products align with market demands and business growth objectives. - Collaboration: Great cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment between diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience working with remote teams. - Innovation Focus: Proven ability to drive product innovation by leveraging client feedback, market insights, and industry trends to develop cutting-edge solutions. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners. - Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% of the time Preferred: - Experience with identity fraud data, model feedback loops, or graph-based fraud detection tools. - Prior work with clients in financial services, fintech, or government sectors. - MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of building B2B self-service oriented products for both customers and product teams. - Demonstrated user-centric approaches from previous experiences, along with ability to work alongside Designers and Engineers - Strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to create clarity and drive focus - East coast based Please note that we cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future for this opening.
