Job Description

Senior Product Analyst

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc.

Senior Product Analyst Voice Systems Engineering (VSE) is a dynamic organization driven by innovation and a shared passion for positively impacting people's lives. Specializing in advisor-based technology platforms, we operate across various service sectors, including psychic guidance and wellness, with our flagship brand, Psychic Source, leading the way. Our vision at VSE centers on the belief that when talented individuals unite, possibilities become limitless. Rooted in a remote-first environment, we've cultivated a culture that embraces diversity, equity, work-life balance, and a true sense of belonging. We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic Senior Product Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and product execution. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business objectives into a single source of truth, moving beyond simple reporting to uncover the "why" behind user behavior in a high-growth B2C environment. If you’re our new Senior Product Analyst, you will look forward to engaging in activities such as: * Designing and maintaining comprehensive product performance frameworks that track key metrics across the customer lifecycle — including acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue — and translating raw data into a clear, ongoing pulse on product health. * Publishing timely and relevant product performance reports that provide actionable clarity to leadership and cross-functional teams. * Designing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels. * Identifying and surfacing actionable insights directly to Aha! to influence the product roadmap and strategic decision-making. * Integrating and managing the technical implementation of AppsFlyer, GA, and Mixpanel into our applications to ensure seamless, high-fidelity data flow. * Synthesizing data from multiple platforms into a single source of truth, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the same performance reality. * Collaborating with Product Owners to define tracking requirements for new feature launches and product discovery. Required Skills & Experience – You Should Have: * Experience as a Product Analyst in a B2C/DTC environment with small to medium-sized company/companies. * Technical proficiency in integrating and managing analytics suites (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel). * Expertise in experiment design and the statistical analysis of growth-oriented A/B testing. * Strong proficiency with product management tools, specifically surfacing data insights within Aha! and Jira. * A data-driven approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering "so-what" insights rather than just metrics. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences. * Advanced SQL skills and experience building automated reporting dashboards. Your accomplishments thus far: * You have at least five years of product analysis experience in technology-driven environments. * You have a proven track record of creating "Single Source of Truth" ecosystems across disparate data platforms. * You have experience with customer feedback loops and qualitative data to supplement quantitative findings. * You have a strong understanding of user experience design principles and how they impact product metrics. * You have the ability to balance high-level strategic vision with the tactical execution of data tagging and implementation. * You have experience managing the full lifecycle of product data, from initial event mapping to post-launch optimization. At VSE the well-being of our people comes first, and we have nurtured a culture that focuses on health and wellness, personal growth, and social responsibility. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment of belonging for all employees and applicants. We are an equal opportunity employer.  We offer an unlimited vacation policy and flexible work schedule, so you can prioritize your needs for whatever season of life you are in. Our comprehensive insurance programs include medical, dental, vision, and life. VSE employees also have access to a “wellness wallet” that will reimburse them for gym memberships, workout equipment, mindfulness apps, healthy food boxes, ergonomic workspace tools, and more.  We prioritize investment in our people by offering a tuition reimbursement program and plenty of opportunities to continue learning. We also help you plan for your future and beyond by offering a 401k match and access to expert financial advice.  This is a remote based position. You can learn more about life and work at VSE by visiting us here.  We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.  Salary Range:  $125,000 – $155,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
