Job Requirements
- Proven experience developing or revising regulated food and beverage training courses.
- Strong knowledge of: Alcohol Seller/Server laws, Food safety regulations, Food Manager certification requirements, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to interpret and document regulatory language accurately.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven instructional design.
