• Develop and test new features, integrations and enhancements according to design specifications and requirements. • Ability to deeply understand aligned products, integrations, or software with OCHIN systems. • Lead working sessions directly with OCHIN members, vendors, and/or staff to design/create application solutions that fit operational needs. • Perform complex build and configuration with a demonstrated ability to complete development. • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Own overall solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, and rollouts • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated D365 F&SCM solutions • Design end-to-end process flows across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Order Management • Define integration architecture with third-party systems, ISVs, legacy ERPs, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions • Lead data migration strategy, cutover planning, and performance optimization • Ensure solution compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and governance standards • Provide technical and functional leadership to functional consultants, developers, and integration teams • Lead design workshops, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance reviews • Act as escalation point for complex solution and performance issues • Support presales activities including solution visioning, estimates, architecture decks, and RFP responses • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack, product teams, and partner ecosystem as required

• Design, architect, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI. • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics architectures aligned with strategic goals. • Lead ingestion frameworks, transformation pipelines, and semantic model design within Fabric. • Establish and enforce data governance, security, compliance, and performance best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, data engineers, developers, and leadership to ensure integrated and functional solutions. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture documentation, design patterns, and solution blueprints. • Evaluate emerging Fabric capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve data usage, analytics, and operational efficiency. • Support migration of legacy data platforms and BI solutions to Microsoft Fabric where applicable. • Participate in architecture reviews, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical workshops. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations and enhancements • Design customer journey solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Center scenarios • Lead integration architecture with ERP, marketing platforms, contact centers, and third-party systems • Establish data model, security roles, and governance frameworks • Guide Power Platform usage including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision making • Support presales activities including demos, estimates, and solution proposals • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and roadmap
