Role Description This role serves a critical function within our Smart Replenishment team, which combines automation and machine learning to optimize grocery ordering, driving sales growth while reducing food waste. Crisp is seeking a talented Account Coordinator to support the operational backbone of our highest-touch customer relationships. This role is focused on executing the day-to-day tactical work that keeps accounts running smoothly, allowing Account Managers to concentrate on strategic planning, customer growth, and long-term initiatives. As a primary owner of inbound customer communication and core account workflows, the Account Coordinator ensures customer needs are translated into clear, timely, and actionable outcomes. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, comfortable with frequent context switching, and able to manage multiple customer needs within short timeframes. The ideal candidate can execute reliably at a tactical level while continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows and customer experience. As an Account Coordinator at Crisp, you will: - Own day-to-day customer communication by managing the general inbox; executing requests, conducting investigations, and gathering feedback. - Drive core account workflows, create operational tickets, and push issues through to resolution. - Participate in live customer and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and document decisions and action items. - Maintain and update customer-facing materials and internal documentation. - Execute basic technical configurations within the Crisp platform and use AI tools to streamline workflows. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate information into action and synthesize complex topics. - Familiarity with common collaboration and productivity tools, including Slack, shared inbox platforms (e.g. Front), Zoom, Notion, Excel, and Jira. - Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and commitment to excellence. - Passion for solving business challenges through technology and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing startup environment. Requirements - Collaboration: You believe the best results come from working together. You share ideas, pitch in, and elevate those around you. - Grit: You’re curious, self-driven, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves. You get the job done even when the path isn’t clear and adapt quickly when things change. - People: You stay close to those we serve. Listening, learning, and building what matters most. - Feedback: You see it as fuel. You give it with care, take it with humility, and use it to level up. - Ingenuity: You solve problems with creativity and speed. You look for ways to streamline, automate, or improve without being asked. Benefits We are committed to transparency, diversity, and meritocracy, fostering an environment where every team member is empowered to make an impact, grow personally, and advance in their career. We invite you to join us — not just to take on a role, but to help shape a company you’re proud to be part of. Compensation Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including individual qualifications, professional experience, skills, and geographic location. We are committed to fair and competitive pay, and compensation details and expectations will be shared and discussed with candidates as the hiring process progresses. Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Crisp is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
