• Design and develop engaging, SCORM/xAPI compliant learning experiences by translating learning objectives into effective digital solutions grounded in adult learning principles and modern learning science. • Produce high-quality, mobile friendly multimedia learning content that meets accessibility and brand standards by creating videos, animations, graphics, and performance support assets optimized for field use. • Develop and optimize interactive eLearning solutions by building complex course functionality, publishing and troubleshooting in the LMS, and using xAPI/LMS analytics to refine learning effectiveness. • Partner with cross functional SMEs and L&D peers to gather insights, manage reviews and approvals, and ensure accurate, consistent learning solutions through collaborative design and stakeholder engagement. • Ensure high-quality, UpToDate learning experiences by conducting rigorous QA, analyzing learner data to drive improvements, maintaining and updating courses for relevance and compliance, and applying emerging learning technologies where appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, digital content production, or multimedia development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Communications, Media Production, HCI, or related field. **Relevant professional certifications and/or related experience considered as equivalents for formal degrees.**
  • Experience designing for **mobile-first** or low‑bandwidth environments.
  • Portfolio that **demonstrates high-quality digital learning work**. Demonstrated expertise (creating, developing, editing, and troubleshooting) with **Articulate Storyline 360**, **Rise**, and other authoring tools.
  • Strong proficiency with **Camtasia**, **Vyond**, **Audition**, **Premiere**, or similar media tools.
  • Interest and ability to **incorporate AI into project work and learning experiences**.
  • Experience designing **scenario-based learning, simulations, and performance-focused assessments.**

The successful candidate will be creating content with a social-first mentality across myriad platforms.
