Virtual Assistant

ProAssisting - Remote Executive Assistance

• Managing property workflows from contract to exit • Tracking tasks, priorities, and deadlines • Coordinating inspections, appraisers, title companies, homeowners associations, photographers, and contractors • Managing email, calendar, and Google Drive organization • Communicating with sellers, buyers, service providers, and internal team members, including scheduling property access and virtual tours • Gathering and organizing data for investor decisions • Preparing marketing copy and closing documents • Monitoring and paying company expenses including utilities and insurance • Supporting rental properties and creative finance transactions • Scheduling and moderating social media posts, responding to comments and inquiries, and managing online property listings • Keeping weekly operations meetings organized and efficient

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
