The Mission We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team. The right candidate is empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet project goals and engagement expectations. You have experience in managing large-scale or enterprise Clients as well the ability to act as a Scrum Master on projects to deliver quality solutions to our customers using a consultative approach. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to contribute to best practice sharing and mentoring of new team members. Your Assignment - Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and executing of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed - Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline - Schedule and facilitate short Daily Stand-Up meetings with the delivery team to track progress - Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives - Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories - Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices - Work closely with the team to ensure forecasting accuracy and budget management against deliverables - Report on project scope and budget against Statements of Work (SOWs) weekly - Proactively identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks - Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams - Seek and identify additional growth opportunities during the project lifecycle to help retain and grow the Caylent client portfolio - Mentor new team members through the onboarding process - Assist in identifying best practices or gaps in the process and work to implement changes as needed Your Qualifications - 5 years (minimum) of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for Enterprise clients - Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 5 or more people and over a $500,000 budget - Experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with the ability to build out client roadmaps - Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment using advanced tool sets (e.g. Jira, Monday, SmartSheet, Assembla) - Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization - Ability to identify and manage risks as well as proven ability in successful Escalation management of Enterprise and Strategic or Complex clients - Demonstrated ability to understand client's business needs, encompassing both short-term objectives and long-term goals to drive additional revenue or account growth - Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level - Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives - Ability to contribute processes, templates and standards around project management best practices - Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the areas of infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage engagements and ensure they are executed with excellence - Ability to act as a mentor to new team members as part of onboarding or provide coaching to peers as needed. Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. Role Description The Fund Manager is responsible for the financial modeling, analytics and investor due diligence process in closing Proprietary Fund transactions, as well as the post-close management and reporting duties through stabilization of the underlying properties. The Fund Manager will also cross-train with senior staff and provide support for Multi-Investor Funds and Club Funds. - Manage Fund level projections and investor due diligence workflow through closing. - Perform quarterly updates to property level and Fund level projections based on actual events and annual tax returns, with specific attention to capital contribution adjusters, capital accounts and investor IRR. - Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and assist with the preparation and review of monthly Corporate financial statements, maintaining related workbooks and schedules. - Review Fund and Partnership operating agreements, record transactions, and monitor capital contributions received from investors and paid to Partnerships, ensuring all capital accounts are up to date. - Ensure compliance with Fund level operating agreements, analyze post-close waiver requests submitted by Asset Management and make recommendations to VP Fund Management. - Coordinate and manage Fund audits, tax returns, and investor K-1 preparations. - Manage quarterly reporting obligations, investor requests, and annual analyses of Fund reserves. - Assist AVP Portfolio Management in data collection and analytics for annual Syndicator Assessment reports. Qualifications - Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation, with LIHTC experience highly desirable; CPA designation preferred. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications. - High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage complex financial data effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
