Responsibilities - Sustain and enhance ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Continuously synchronize, secure, and optimize foundation data, including user, organizational, and Customer Service Management (CSM) data. - Manage compliant data archiving processes to maintain data integrity and compliance. - Plan and execute controlled data migrations and platform upgrades across development, QA, training, and production environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management standards.
