Sales Development RepresentativePosition Overview: Responsible for developing business growth opportunities with mid-larger sized companies in an assigned region. This is done through building a pipeline of new prospects primarily by phone to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.Position Description: Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own outbound research and activities including email, phone and/or social media - Set meetings for sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects (from both inbound leads and your own self-sourced leads) - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to initiate the sales cycle with specific, targeted demand generation campaigns with prospects and current clients - Respond to all inbound leads and log activities in CRM - Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of solutions and be able to clearly articulate the advantages over competitors - Meet monthly quotas for overall activity, demonstrations set & conducted, and qualified opportunity dollars - Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, communications, etc.) MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: · Experience: - 3-4 years telemarketing or inside sales experience - Bachelor’s degree - Experience selling in the tech industry - A proven track record of successful prospect engagement · Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to manage multiple relationships well - Attention to detail with excellent organization skills - Contagious positivity - Effective time management skills WORKING CONDITIONS: - Normal office environment - Extending viewing of computer screens - Some overnight travel may be required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Spends time at a computer workstation and desk. - Moves throughout department or other locations to access or exchange information. - May involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs. and being able to remain in a stationary position. - May involve lowering oneself to file, and reaching, twisting or turning. - Involves handling office materials, typing, writing and other tasks that require manual dexterity. - Continuous listening. - Ability to communicate information. - This job may require accommodating different bodily movements and physical abilities About Us: For more than 40 years, VenturEd Solutions (formerly part of Community Brands) has been supporting K-12 private and independent schools. Position Overview The Clinical Development Scientist will assist the Clinical Development team in developing clinical evidence plans and study designs for clinical validation and clinical utility of LDT and in vitro-diagnostics (IVD) products. This position works with the clinical development team to design and execute clinical studies from concept through protocol development, data interpretation, clinical study report writing, and scientific communication (e.g. abstracts, publications, presentations). This position is remote.
