• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, managing communication across Slack, LinkedIn, email, and our internal platform. • Proactively follow up to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. • Hop on quick calls when needed to explain next steps, clarify expectations, or offer guidance. • Track all candidate activity and communication in Airtable and ClickUp, ensuring all data stays clean and organized. • Coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, Customer Success Manager, and Interview Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and updates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates - your role is to be their success manager, not just another recruiter. • Keep communication warm, human, and professional while representing Hiry’s tone and values.
