Duties and Responsibilities: - Effectively use software including Microsoft, Symitar/Episys, Synapsys, Synergy and CLX, our loan origination system. - Works closely with the Consumer Loan Processing Manager in developing and refining procedures to ensure efficient processes. - Ensures compliance with all current and pending applicable rules, laws and regulations. - Answer any incoming calls from internal teams. - Provide exceptional member service to our CLOs and members. - Abide by all applicable rules and regulations. - Provide support to department manager and carry out assigned duties and projects. - Maintain required reporting and balance, including assisting with quality control reviews as needed. - Additional duties as assigned.
