Read more at www.dsv.com Location: USA - Clarksville, 870 Steel Stock Road and 681 International Blvd Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Quality Assurance Assistant Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities include: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Assuring the compliance to standards provided by DB Schenker and the client through internal audits and monitoring the closure of actions defined through trackers and communication. This position will also be responsible for monitoring the processes against set metrics and reporting on trends for proactive responses. Knowledge in quality techniques such as project management, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, risk assessment and technical writing is a plus. Will deploy training to sites for FMEAs, RCCAs etc as well as tracking success. Manage Process Audit Tracker and Follow Up Requirements and Skills:The successful candidate for this role must possess an in-depth understanding of quality assurance, team spirit, successful communication sets with a varying audience, problem solving and must be proficient with computer applications. They should be able to orchestrate multiple projects and be able to prioritize as demand dictates. They will be professional, career driven, detail oriented and have strong analytical skills. They will prepare reports for management and coordinate with site management regarding follow up activities.
