Regional Sales Manager

• Lead and execute all aspects of opportunity development and sales for advanced ATMS software and hardware solutions. • Drive business growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that advance transportation technology. • Build strong partnerships and work closely with distributors to drive sales performance and meet revenue targets. • Drive new business development while managing and growing existing customer relationships. • Promote solutions to municipal, county, and state transportation agencies, as well as consulting firms. • Develop strategies for major pursuits, including preparing and presenting proposals, bids, and quotations. • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams. • Coordinate closely with technical sales, proposals, operations, and technology teams to craft compelling responses to RFPs. • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including meeting notes, pipeline updates, and project details.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience, ideally within ITS or software-driven solutions.
  • Proven success selling ITS, Traffic Signal, and/or ATMS software solutions within the U.S. transportation market.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and product development processes.
  • Experience producing and analyzing sales reports, KPIs, and market insights.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
