• Manage the Full Customer Upsell Motion: Own a pipeline of diverse clients, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities. • Articulate AI Adoption: Consult with clients on how Litify AI and Agentforce can automate workflows and improve business outcomes. • Be a Product Expert: Master the Litify platform and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit complex client needs. • Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly sales goals through strategic cold calling and relationship building. • Lead High-Level Demos: Present the Litify value proposition to C-suite executives, showcasing our unique solutions capabilities.
Job Requirements
- AI Expertise (Required): Proven experience selling or working within the AI/Machine Learning space. You should be comfortable discussing LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI-driven automation.
- Sales Pedigree: Prior experience in outside sales with a track record of developing deep client relationships.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Communication: Dynamic oral and written skills with the "stage presence" to perform demos for C-level executives. The role will require cross functionality in that this role will require the ability to communicate across several departments effectively (product, sales, engineering, customer success, marketing).

POSITION We are seeking a U.S. Federal Government Sales & Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and sustaining Videray’s presence, credibility, and engagement across U.S. Federal and Government-related entities. This is a relationship-driven, strategic commercial role, focused on early engagement, market education, and opportunity development within public-sector environments. The position emphasizes long-term institutional relationships rather than short-term transactional sales. The role requires continuous in-person engagement in Washington, DC, close interaction with government stakeholders, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to support informed acquisition decisions. This is a contract role with the opportunity to transition to Full-time. KEY OBJECTIVES - Position Videray as a trusted and recognized technology provider across targeted government entities - Develop and advance qualified government opportunities through early engagement and sustained relationship-building - Support alignment between agency operational needs and Videray’s technical capabilities - Enable partners and integrators by ensuring Videray solutions are understood, considered, and appropriately positioned - Identify and leverage alternative acquisition pathways and funding mechanisms for equipment procurement CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Government & Institutional Relationship Development - Build and maintain professional relationships with: - U.S. Federal Agencies (e.g., CBP, DEA, DHS components, DOJ task forces, DOD-related entities) - State and government-affiliated organizations - Technical users, program managers, and acquisition stakeholders - Represent Videray in meetings, briefings, demonstrations, and industry engagement activities - Serve as a primary point of contact for government-facing commercial interactions in the U.S. Early Engagement & Opportunity Development - Engage with agencies early in the acquisition lifecycle to: - Understand emerging operational needs - Provide technical insight and solution awareness - Support clarity around use cases and performance requirements - Participate in pre-solicitation activities such as: - RFIs - Industry days - Technical briefings and capability demonstrations - Coordinate with distributors and integrators while maintaining Videray’s strategic visibility and positioning Government Acquisition Pathways & Funding Awareness (Preferred / Optional Expertise) - Develop working knowledge of: - U.S. government acquisition frameworks and procurement processes - International and government-funded programs, including but not limited to: - INL (International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs) - FMS (Foreign Military Sales) - U.S. State Department and DOJ assistance programs - United Nations and multilateral security assistance funds - Identify non-traditional or grant-based funding opportunities that may support equipment acquisition Market Intelligence & Internal Coordination - Provide continuous feedback on: - Government market perception of Videray solutions - Competitive landscape and positioning - Emerging agency priorities and operational challenges - Act as a liaison between government stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) - Support internal alignment by translating field intelligence into actionable commercial insights Partner & Ambassador Collaboration - Work closely with Videray Ambassadors (former LE / federal professionals) to maximize reach and credibility - Support Local Partners and integrators without competing against them - Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all government-facing engagements
