Campaign Operations Manager
Veriff
• Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign setup and tracking structure, and ensure tooling across marketing systems is equipped to support campaigns • Manage campaign intake, planning support, and execution readiness • Ensure leads and buying signals are handled correctly and routed appropriately • Execute and coordinate cross-functional, one-off campaign email sends • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reporting that surface performance, pipeline impact, and engagement trends • Partner with Campaign and Lifecycle colleagues to support campaign planning, building, and orchestration • Improve processes, documentation, and repeatability as the campaign engine scales
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or revenue operations
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, tracking, and reporting in B2B SaaS, including UTM management, marketing attribution, and lifecycle stages
- Experience building dashboards and reports in marketing automation, CRM, or BI tools
- Experience with ABM and signal-based prospecting platforms (e.g., Common Room, 6sense)
- Admin-level expertise working with Hubspot and Salesforce
- Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- Data-driven with an eye for detail and operational excellence
