WORK DESIGNATION: - Remote (must work within San Diego County Region) - The Human Resources Generalist supports programs operating throughout San Diego County and may occasionally travel to program sites or administrative locations. PROGRAM SUMMARY: This position supports Community Support Services (CSS), including Childcare Resource Services (CRS) and Youth & Family Services (YFS), within a fast-paced, multi-program environment. The role requires strong organization, judgment, and collaboration to manage competing priorities, support diverse teams, and ensure compliance with funding, program, and regulatory requirements.
