Atlassian AI Consultant

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices and advise them on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes. • Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts and create solution designs. • Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces). • Configure workflows in Jira to digitise and automate business processes. • Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; service and customer orientation are a given.
  • High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style.
  • Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
  • Ideally, Atlassian certification or interest in it, as well as several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
