• Collaborate with Sales on client discovery sessions, translating business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions. • Design complex e-commerce workflows and fulfillment programs, customizing platform logic using third-party tools and automation layers. • Serve as the internal lead during the pre-sale and implementation phases, bridging technical and non-technical teams. • Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining platform configurations, customizations, integration points, timelines, and resourcing. • Deliver tailored platform demos and walkthroughs, ensuring client understanding of both functionality and limitations. • Lead internal project teams post-sale to execute builds, configurations, and automated workflows across departments. • Assign tasks and manage progress with internal resources, including tech admins and web developers. • Troubleshoot implementation roadblocks and proactively manage escalations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Coordinate a smooth transition of accounts to Account Management, ensuring documentation and process continuity. • Support cross-functional team development by contributing to process playbooks and onboarding documentation. • Conduct post-launch reviews and stakeholder check-ins, capturing feedback and proposing future enhancements.
• Lead day-to-day financial operations of Whitestone • Ensure accuracy and discipline while building a foundation for growth • Oversee core finance functions including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems • Manage and develop the Accounting team and Finance Systems Specialist • Own the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all transactional financial data • Oversee monthly close activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and standardized processes across accounting functions • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, errors, and process breakdowns • Drive continuous improvement of finance workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback • Serve as the primary finance point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and clients
• Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life! • Supporting a dedicated Account Manager hit and exceeding sales targets • Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer • Following up regularly with leads and customers • Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers • Documenting activities in company CRM • Support Account Managers through a variety of sales activities including; building sales presentation, estimates, sales orders, fulfilling sample request, processing orders and following up on projects
• Developing, maintaining, and expanding trusted client relationships • Assisting Senior Account Managers with communicating and servicing client needs • Providing branded product solutions for clients • Supporting Account Managers in exceeding sales goals • Hitting and exceeding sales targets • Cross selling accounts to grow relationships • Offering best in class customer support • Documenting activities in company CRM
