Senior Data Analyst

Role Description This is a remote position. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the Symbio Program, a province-wide healthcare transformation initiative focused on migrating multiple legacy hospital information systems into a unified Clinical Information System (CIS). The successful candidate will lead: - Data analysis - Data migration planning - Data quality initiatives - Stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient migration of healthcare data from legacy applications into the new platform. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). - Minimum 10 years of experience working within healthcare information systems. - Minimum 7 years of experience gathering data requirements, performing data profiling, and developing ETL specifications. - Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare data migration projects involving large Clinical Information Systems (CIS) within Canadian hospital environments. - Demonstrated experience working with Clinical Information Systems (CIS). - Fluent in both English and French, including the ability to facilitate meetings in both languages.
