Role Description The Workforce Housing Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual for the full-time position of a Real Estate Processor. This role will play a pivotal role in the organization, enabling our team to provide high-quality housing solutions to our various clienteles, maintaining our status as a premier solution provider in the housing sector. The selected candidate would be primarily responsible for processing and coordinating the various real estate housing projects. Role Description The Workforce Housing Group is currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual for the role of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing and monitoring the entire process of all real estate transactions from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will orchestrate the smooth and timely passing of real estate transactions while ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, correct, and compliant with legal regulations. - Coordinating all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. - Regularly updating and maintaining communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc., regarding transaction status. - Coordinating and scheduling property inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs. - Ensuring that all required documentation for the transactions are correctly executed, collected, and coordinated within the necessary time frames to ensure a successful closing. - Preparing necessary closing paperwork, including finalizing closing figures and ensuring that all signatures and initials needed are obtained. - Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database and all client files. - Providing regular updates to team members on transaction and client status. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. - At least 2 years of experience working in a high volume, fast paced real estate transaction environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software, such as Yardi or AMSI. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. - Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to handle the stress associated with a fast-paced work environment. - Must adhere to the highest ethical standards, demonstrating a commitment to personal integrity.
