Role Description The position of Portfolio Manager will serve as a key support resource for the portfolio management team in the day-to-day activities of the portfolio. In this position, you will coordinate and help process payoff requests, invoice requests, and other servicing inquiries from within WSF and our external partners. You will respond to partners' email requests and provide timely follow-up to ensure accurate resolution of all servicing matters. - Monitor the WSF Portfolio, focusing on accounts that are past due. - Oversee and/or supplement collection calls with sub-servicer (Orion First) and other WSF Master Servicers to manage all delinquencies. - Work directly with the SVP of Portfolio Management to determine priorities and approaches to collection challenges on an individual contract basis. - Minimize bad debt that had been previously written off, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. - Create and maintain bi-weekly reports for department officers. - Share responsibility for accounts that may become part of a bankruptcy, ensuring tight follow-up on past due files. - Assist with internal departments, agency on file, internal legal department, assigned trustees, and outside counsel, including management of liquidations and receiverships. - Manage reporting of affected portfolios in identified natural disaster areas. - Prepare, analyze, and monitor various reports, including monthly risk rating and validations reports, and daily lease pool activity. Role Description The Principal Program Manager is a senior program management position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating the strategic and technical aspects of projects and programs related to the business line. Role Description Responsible for ensuring real estate loan applications are underwritten in accordance with the latest investor and agency guidelines. Underwrites loans within acceptable department quality standards. - Underwrites conventional mortgage loans to determine acceptable compliance with relevant agency, investor and internal guidelines. - Reviews all follow-up conditions from initial approval, suspension or decline for acceptability. - Maintains maximum 48 hours turn time on resubmissions. - Ensures all loans underwritten will be eligible for sale to end investor and appropriate government agency. - Responsible for support and utilization of pipeline management. - Clears High Impact Alerts in fraud detection tool and monitors misrepresentation risk for all loans. - Validates all AUS findings submissions to determine all requirements are met. - Obtains second signature from management for all loans exceeding lending authority. - Works directly with Loan Originators, LOA’s and Processors. - Return of all phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. - Ongoing education and training to stay current with market trends, changing guidelines and requirements. - LOS data entry to provide minimum fields needed for proper reporting for data for HMDA, and other reporting. - Other mortgage operations duties as need arises. - Underwriting authority: Conventional loans, FHA DE, VA SAR, and jumbo loans.
