• Source IT candidates daily for at least three job requirements • Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM daily • Email candidates (based on skillset) using the provided email templates • Call at least 60 candidates daily to check their interest, availability, and other details. • Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed. • Data Entry into Candidate CRM • Email potential prospects using the provided email templates • Cold calling 40 prospects daily and schedule initial meetings • Sharing sales collateral as requested • Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis • Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings • Create job descriptions in ATS • Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews. • Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to schedule interviews • Make updates in ATS as required • Email and call candidates on a daily basis • Add new candidates to Recruiting CRM

• Passionate about delivering a highly secure and stable environment with an eye for continuous improvement. • Experience with integrating new and emerging technologies into an environment and welcomes the opportunity to work on cloud-based platforms from AWS, Microsoft, and Google. • Not intimidated by challenges, thrives under pressure, and is hyper-focused on delivering exceptional results. • Experience configuring Windows / Linux / Unix systems in the cloud using infrastructure automation tools. • Excited about application and infrastructure monitoring initiating auto-scaling and dreams of building a self-healing infrastructure. • Loves to learn new technologies and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar across the organization. • Security first focused and possess a strong understanding of least privilege. • Capable of both working independently and with our team of developers and integrators to support project work and to update and release to QA/Production. • Writes high-quality testable code and scripts to automate the provisioning of AWS services • Strong sense of engineering craftsmanship, takes pride in the solutions they design. • Confident in leading and managing the full life cycle of large enterprise initiatives and understands how to gather requirements and identify dependencies. • Great communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices. • Drive the design and build of the next-generation IAM platform consistent with industry best practices, standards, and architectural patterns.
