• Take full accountability for the success of complex testing programmes and managed services engagements • Act as a trusted testing authority to senior client stakeholders, including C‑level engagement where appropriate • Balance delivery, commercial performance, and risk across multiple clients or programmes • Lead and grow Spike consultants, setting standards for quality, professionalism, and behaviour • Contribute directly to business growth, service innovation, and market positioning • Own and lead large‑scale, high‑complexity test programmes across multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery methodologies • Define and implement enterprise / programme‑level test strategies, including approach, organisation, tooling, environments, and test data • Drive testing across functional and non‑functional workstreams, ensuring risk‑based decision‑making and clear quality outcomes • Provide delivery assurance through regular reviews, governance, and senior‑level reporting • Act as the senior escalation point for programme risks, issues, and delivery challenges • Take accountability for the commercial success of your programmes, working closely with delivery and sales leadership • Produce and own test estimates, strategies, and delivery models used in proposals and client contracts • Support and lead pre‑sales activities, including client conversations, solution shaping, and bid input • Build long‑term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning Spike as a strategic partner rather than a supplier • Lead, mentor, and develop Spike consultants across programmes, acting as a role model for Principal Consultant behaviours • Coach less‑experienced Test Managers and Leads, raising overall capability across the practice • Contribute to Spike’s knowledge management, methods, and communities of practice • Demonstrate Spike values through behaviour, decision‑making, and client interactions • Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies, service propositions, and thought leadership • Contribute to the evolution of Spike’s testing frameworks, standards, and service offerings • Represent Spike’s quality and testing capability credibly with senior retail and technology stakeholders

• Own and deliver testing strategy and execution across complex client engagements • Balance quality, delivery, and commercial considerations within managed services and project delivery • Act as a trusted testing lead for clients and internal stakeholders • Lead, mentor, and develop Spike consultants across projects • Contribute to Spike’s sales, marketing, and service development activities • Define and implement test strategies, processes, techniques, and approaches across varied delivery models • Lead delivery of small to medium test programmes across multiple workstreams, vendors, and technologies • Own test organisation, tooling, infrastructure, environments, and test data strategy • Ensure appropriate balance between delivery quality and commercial effectiveness • Provide delivery assurance and support Spike quality reviews across active programmes • Produce and own test estimates, strategies, and delivery approaches for proposals and client engagements • Support the Spike sales team through pre‑sales conversations, solution shaping, and bid input • Build strong, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders • Help position Spike’s quality and testing services effectively with existing and prospective clients • Support marketing activity by contributing content, case material, and service positioning • Lead, coach, and mentor Spike consultants across client projects • Support the development of Test Leads and less experienced consultants • Promote consistent quality standards, professionalism, and best practice • Contribute to knowledge sharing, methods, and continuous improvement within the Quality Management practice • Demonstrate Spike values through behaviour, decision‑making, and client interactions

• Take ownership of automation strategy and delivery across complex client engagements • Act as a senior automation authority within delivery teams and with client stakeholders • Balance technical quality, delivery outcomes, and pragmatism across multiple projects • Lead and develop Spike consultants, setting standards for automation quality and engineering excellence • Contribute to the evolution of Spike’s automation frameworks, tools, and ways of working • Act as the senior escalation point for automation-related risks, issues, and technical decisions • Act as a trusted automation advisor to client stakeholders, supporting informed technical decision-making • Shape automation approaches within proposals, estimates, and delivery models • Support pre-sales and solution design activities where automation is a core component • Identify opportunities to improve automation effectiveness and value for clients • Help position Spike as a credible, high-quality automation and quality engineering partner • Lead, mentor, and coach Spike consultants on client engagements • Support the development of less experienced automation engineers and test leads • Promote high engineering standards, collaboration, and knowledge sharing • Contribute to internal communities of practice, frameworks, and accelerators • Demonstrate Spike values through behaviour, decision-making, and client interactions
