• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React, ensuring high-quality, reusable components that scale across our financial products • Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend development • Partner with product and design teams to define and implement intuitive interfaces that help ecommerce brands access and manage their funding • Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and user experience across our platform • Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards • Collaborate with backend teams to design and implement robust API integrations • Lead technical discussions and contribute to the team's technical strategy • Identify and proactively address technical debt and system scalability challenges

• Manage delinquent accounts with sensitivity and professionalism, implementing revised payment structures and legal strategies when necessary. • Lead calls with our customers, building relationships to ensure the best outcome for Wayflyer. • Manage debt collection procedures for Wayflyer in Germany, including the examination of the validity of claims and the initiation and completion of the entire debt collection procedure (Inkassoverfahren) • Prepare demand letters (reminders), monitor outstanding receivables, and clarify payment objections or obstacles with sensitivity and professionalism. • Analyse financial & non-financial information to gain insights into the operations of leading eCommerce companies. • Quantify and assess risks affecting the Wayflyer portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making. • Monitor and evaluate customer performance within the portfolio. • Collaborate with the analytics and operations teams to develop tools that enhance reporting quality and provide valuable insights. • Collaborate closely with management to develop and implement new processes and refine existing products. • Act as the key contact for external service providers, legal advisors, and relevant authorities regarding debt collection matters of our German business.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Django, focusing on our core financial products. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power our customer-facing applications and internal tools. • Implement robust data models and database schemas to support our financial services infrastructure. • Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements. • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of our services. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. • Monitor and maintain production systems, ensuring reliability and security.

• Efficiently and effectively handle internal support cases, providing timely and helpful resolutions to user issues. • Design, develop, and implement new features in Python (Django framework) within our internal applications to proactively reduce the support load and enhance user experience. • Identify and build out automation solutions and user-friendly features for recurring support tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort. • Overhaul and maintain our library of runbooks and self-help documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and ease of use. • Analyze the current ticket creation process and implement improvements to guide users towards self-resolution and provide more comprehensive information upfront.
