• Collaborate in building microservices and work with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code. • Contribute to architecture definition and system design discussions. • Write, test, instrument, document, and maintain code. • Collaborate closely with Wave’s multidisciplinary Product, Design, and Engineering teams and with clients to build value-driven solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the account with the client. • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels. • Lead executive and operational alignments, ensuring transparency and predictability. • Manage schedule, expectations, risks and potential escalation points. • Identify opportunities to evolve the partnership and capture new business needs. • Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams. • Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution. • Support prioritization of initiatives and the evolution of the roadmap. • Track the progress of initiatives and help remove impediments. • Monitor account health indicators, customer satisfaction and delivery performance. • Support the financial monitoring of the operation, including scope, budget and capacity.

• Automatizar testes utilizando ferramentas como Playwright, Appium e Detox. • Elaborar estratégias de testes por feature, contemplando testes manuais, automação e testes de API. • Projetar, desenvolver e manter suítes de automação confiáveis (E2E e integração, quando aplicável). • Criar e executar testes de integração e contratos de API, além de validar dados utilizando SQL. • Integrar testes ao pipeline de CI/CD e analisar causas de falhas para garantir maior estabilidade das entregas. • Conduzir sessões de testes exploratórios com foco nos riscos e impactos do produto. • Apoiar refinamentos técnicos e revisar critérios de aceite junto ao time de desenvolvimento e produto.

• Manage and prioritize the development team’s backlog, balancing impact, effort, urgency and perceived value; • Lead and support agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, retrospective, refinement); • Support understanding of technical and functional requirements and create feature specifications; • Write and detail user stories and features, ensuring clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria and use cases; • Validate team deliveries at a high functional level and coordinate acceptance testing with clients; • Monitor product health metrics (errors, crashes, performance) and end-user satisfaction; • Prepare product documentation, including release notes and customer support materials; • Anticipate risks, remove impediments and align internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and develop complex web applications using React and TypeScript. • Define and evolve frontend architecture (state management, data fetching, composition). • Create and maintain reusable components and scalable design systems. • Ensure application performance, accessibility, and reliability. • Actively participate in code reviews, defining standards and best practices. • Work closely with Product and Design, contributing to technical and UX decisions. • Identify technical bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to the codebase.
