The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be tasked with lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting to help drive the sales pipeline, a critical part of our business. In this role, we’d expect you to be based in San Francisco, CA, helping to support our global sales team and generate new meetings. How You’ll Do It: - Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling. - Inbound Lead Distribution: Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings. - Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives. - CRM Management: Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies. What You’ll Bring: - Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry. - Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Understanding of outbound sales strategies and tactics. - Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. - Qualities: - Highly motivated and goal-oriented. - Quick learner and adaptable to changes. - Team player with a proactive attitude. - Culture Fit: - You enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team. - Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment. - Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week at our office in San Francisco.
