• Work with enterprise data architecture and systems. • Support IRS modernization initiatives. • Migrate legacy data structures. • Ingest data with ALC and RTF. • Design high-volume data pipelines. • Collaborate on enterprise integration and orchestration tools.

• Define, document, and maintain data quality rules, business definitions, and validation standards for key reporting and analytics data assets • Use SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to profile data, investigate quality issues, validate transformations, and confirm data readiness for business use • Partner with BI teams to ensure dashboards, reports, metrics, and curated datasets are supported by trusted and well-understood data • Monitor recurring data quality checks, identify anomalies, document root causes, and coordinate remediation with data owners and technical teams • Maintain metadata, data lineage, business glossaries, and data issue logs to improve transparency and usability of data assets • Promote data governance and stewardship best practices by educating stakeholders on data standards, ownership, and proper use of certified data

• Develop and maintain SAP Commerce systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions. • Mentor junior developers.

• Develop and maintain the e-commerce storefront using SFCC • Collaborate with the team to optimize and implement front-end solutions • Engage in overall storefront development processes and integrate e-commerce functionalities

• Develop and maintain IBM Mainframe / JDA applications. • Lead and deliver large scale projects in Agile environment. • Collaborate with team to ensure high performing enterprise-wide systems.

• Develop and modify AIMS COBOL programs, ECL scripts, and batch processes • Gather and analyze requirements from IRS business units (SBSE, W&I, TEGE, etc.) • Create and maintain Functional Specification Plans (FSPs) and technical documentation • Perform code development, enhancements, and defect resolution • Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with requirements and system integrity • Design and execute Unit and ISAT test plans • Support database updates and conversion programs • Participate in design reviews (Logical & Physical) and system architecture activities • Prepare release packages and manage deployments using CMPlus • Ensure compliance with IRS Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) standards
